- Employment placement for W-2 positions with employer clients

- Career advisory services for job seekers at no cost
We serve both employer clients (companies seeking to hire sales talent) and job seekers (individuals seeking sales employment opportunities). Our services to job seekers are provided at no charge to the candidate; fees are charged exclusively to our employer clients.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services as a job seeker, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. By submitting an application or otherwise engaging with our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States
- All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You are not misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or identity
For employer clients, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into agreements with us on behalf of your organization and that your use of our Services complies with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity employment requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting applications, contact forms, or any other information to us. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your engagement with our Services.

6. Job Seeker Terms
6.1 Application Submission
By submitting an application through our Website or otherwise applying for positions through our Services, you authorize Axis Point Management to retain, review, and use your application materials, including your resume, for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications and matching you with potential employment opportunities.
6.2 No Guarantee of Placement
Submission of an application or engagement with our Services does not guarantee employment placement. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability of positions, the success of your application, or your ultimate employment with any employer client.
6.3 Candidate Representation
When we introduce you to an employer client, you agree not to circumvent our involvement in the placement process. If an employer client to whom we have introduced you makes you an employment offer, we expect that offer to proceed through our standard placement process. Attempting to bypass our involvement may constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Employment Relationship
Axis Point Management is a staffing intermediary. Any employment that results from our Services is between you and the employer client. We are not your employer unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. W-2 employment terms, benefits, and conditions are determined by the respective employer client.
7. Employer Client Terms
7.1 Service Agreement
Employer clients who engage Axis Point Management for staffing or recruitment services do so under a separate written service agreement. These Terms govern your use of our Website; the service agreement governs the commercial relationship.
7.2 Equal Employment Opportunity
Employer clients agree to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations, including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and any applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services to any employer client whose hiring practices violate applicable law.
7.3 Confidentiality of Candidates
Employer clients agree to treat candidate information shared by Axis Point Management as confidential and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for employment. Employer clients may not share candidate information with third parties or use it for any purpose other than the intended recruitment process.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXIS POINT MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
